I recently blogged about my interest in Lush’s Little Green Bag for St Patrick’s Day and I promised when I received the goodies I would post some photos and my initial thoughts.
So here I go :)
Lush Little Green Bag
Inside the little green bag…
Each Peach Massage Bar (20g)
I am in love! This just might be my favourite product from Lush. It smells absolutely amazing. I have found myself picking up the bag on occasion just for a quite whiff. I also managed to wangle a back massage using the bar. The bar itself is solid but when it comes in contact with the skin it starts to melt. All I did was rub the bar on an area until it was coated it massage oil and then I popped it back in the bag. This will last for ages!
Sea Vegetable Soap (100g)
I mentioned in my previous post that this is my favourite Lush soap fragrance. I have bought Sea Vegetable at least 3 times in the past. Although it’s gentle enough to use on sensitive skin I think this one would be best enjoyed by someone with normal, normal to dry or oily skin – very dry skinned ladies may take issue. It smells like the ocean with a hint of lime, lavender and seaweed. It’s quite refreshing – I usually bring a bar on holiday. refreshing splash in the ocean. It has a crust of sea salt to give your body a good scrub. Loves.
Sugar Scrub (50g)
Sugar Scrub is vegan friendly and has a herbal lavender scent. Lush says it’s good for scrubbing away dead skin cells, tackling cellulite, and and invigorating sluggish skin – I hope so. This will be a great product for getting my skin ready for Summer.
Squeeky Green Shampoo Bar
This bar is meant to refresh and revive your hair and scalp. It is made with ‘noodles’ of shampoo that are pressed together into a mould shape. Squeeky Clean contains peppermint, fresh rosemary and tea tree, as well as chamomile essential oil and nettle, to help stimulate your scalp and battle dandruff. I would describe the scent as masculine, earthy and green. I’ll be testing this one this evening.
Jungle Conditioner (55g)
Shampoo Bar Tin
The set costs €19.95 which I think is a pretty good deal considering all of the products you get. I look forward to trying the shampoo and conditioner.
